This conference is expected to bring together researchers, educators, students, practitioners, technocrats and policymakers from across academia, government, industry and non-governmental organizations to discuss, share and promote current works and recent accomplishments in the area of Humanitarian Technologies Distinguished people will be invited to deliver keynote speeches and invited talks on trends and significant advances in humanitarian technologies.
The scope of conference papers and exhibits include but are not limited to the following areas:
Energy, Environment Systems, Education Systems, Healthcare, Agriculture & Dairy, Smart Village, Women Empowerment
The authors are invited to submit their papers by the deadline through the HTC 2016 submission page. The submissions will be peer-reviewed for originality and scientific quality. The accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Papers should follow IEEE Conference format.
Step 1: Correct the format as per the template given here.
Step 2: Use IEEE pdf-eXpress to convert the final file to IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF. Click here to download the instructions on how to use pdf-eXpress.
Step 3: Rename the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file as "FINAL_IEEEHTC2016_< reference number of your paper >". (Example: file name for paper reference number 250 will be FINAL_IEEEHTC2016_250.pdf)
Step 4: Update your submission at Easychair. Update link is available at Easychair -> mypapers.
Step 5: Download and complete the IEEE Copyright form and email the scanned copy (in pdf format) to firstname.lastname@example.org with filename and subject as follows:
File name: copyright_< reference number >.pdf (e.g. copyright_250.pdf)
Subject: IEEE Copyright Form of paper number < your reference number > (e.g. IEEE Copyright Form of paper number 250)
